1. Agreement
By using Gajema, you agree to these terms and to use the site lawfully. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. These terms govern access to the publication, not any external service linked from it.
These terms apply to reading, linking, contacting the editorial desk, and using any search or navigation feature. They do not transfer ownership of the publication or grant permission to impersonate Gajema. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent allowed by law.
2. Editorial purpose
Gajema publishes educational explanations about the Solana ecosystem. Content is general information and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, technical, or professional advice. Readers remain responsible for evaluating sources and decisions.
Articles may discuss software, public documentation, communities, and historical developments. They are written for orientation rather than instructions for a particular transaction or deployment. Readers should consult primary documentation and qualified advisers where a decision has legal, technical, or financial consequences.
3. Accuracy
We work to make articles clear and current, but software, documentation, and public discussions change. A page may contain a date, scope, and source boundary. We do not promise that every statement remains current after publication.
Material errors may be reported with a source and the relevant passage. A correction may change the wording, add context, or identify that a point is unsettled. Publication dates and review dates help readers judge the age of an explanation.
4. Permitted use
You may read, link to, quote short passages with attribution, and print pages for personal or internal educational use. You may not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, misrepresent Gajema’s views, or republish substantial portions without permission.
Reasonable accessibility tools, browser caching, and ordinary search indexing are permitted. Automated requests should respect service limits and must not attempt to bypass controls. Short quotations should retain their meaning and identify Gajema as the source.
5. Intellectual property
Text, layout, branding, and original editorial organization belong to Gajema or its licensors. Third-party names remain with their owners. A link or reference does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
Permission requests may be sent to 24-1, Nonhyeon-ro 155-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06041, Republic of Korea. We may ask for the proposed excerpt, destination, audience, and attribution before confirming reuse.
6. User messages
When you send a message, you confirm that it is lawful and does not contain malicious code or confidential information you are not entitled to share. You grant permission for us to use the message to respond, investigate, and improve editorial accuracy.
Messages are not published automatically. We may retain a correction or source note for up to 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, or longer where needed to explain a material editorial change. Do not send private keys, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive information.
7. External links
Linked sites operate independently and may have different policies. Gajema is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or data practices. Review the terms and privacy notices of external services before using them.
A link is provided for context or further reading and may later become unavailable or change its content. Gajema does not control those changes and does not treat a link as a certification of the linked service.
8. Availability and liability
Pages may be changed, paused, or removed for maintenance, security, correction, or editorial reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gajema is not liable for indirect loss arising from reliance on general educational material or an external service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to a visitor. We do not exclude responsibility for deliberate misconduct or other matters that applicable law requires us to preserve.
9. Governing process
Questions should first be sent to the editorial desk at +82-2-7105-8329 or the Seoul address above. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 7 business days and respond substantively within 30 days. Korean law applies to the operation of Gajema unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
10. Changes
These terms were effective 22 September 2026. The prior review on 1 June 2026 clarified permitted quotation and correction procedures. Material changes will be dated on this page.
Practical terms information
These terms cover ordinary access to Gajema from the Republic of Korea and other locations. They do not create a subscription, account, agency relationship, professional engagement, or transfer of rights in third-party material. External links lead to services controlled by their own operators, so readers should review those operators’ terms and privacy notices before using them.
Copyright in Gajema’s original text, layout, and commissioned editorial material remains with the applicable rights holder. Short quotations may be used with clear attribution and a link where practical; copying an entire article, removing attribution, scraping content at a disruptive rate, or presenting Gajema material as another publisher’s work is not permitted. Requests for a permitted republication should identify the passage, proposed use, territory, and duration.
Visitors must not interfere with site security, probe restricted systems, submit malicious code, impersonate a person or organization, or use contact channels to send unlawful or abusive material. A technical limitation, broken link, or editorial disagreement should be reported through the contact page rather than tested through disruptive activity. Gajema may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect readers, providers, or the publication.
Because the site is informational, availability can vary with maintenance, hosting events, network conditions, or changes to linked sources. Gajema does not create a separate promise that every page will remain available or unchanged.
