Corrections and Updates

1. Our standard

Gajema welcomes specific, sourced reports about factual, technical, attribution, accessibility, or clarity problems.

2. How to report

Use contact.php and include the page title, relevant passage, explanation, and a reliable source. Do not send private credentials.

3. Assessment

Editors compare the report with primary documentation and the date of the article. A disagreement in interpretation may receive a clarification rather than a correction.

4. Material changes

Changes that affect the meaning of a page are recorded with a date and short explanation near the relevant editorial record.

5. Minor changes

Spelling, formatting, broken links, and accessibility improvements may be made without a full correction note when meaning is unchanged.

6. Source attribution

We correct names, links, quotations, and citations when a source has been represented inaccurately.

7. Response time

We aim to acknowledge reports within 10 business days and complete ordinary reviews within 30 days.

8. Good faith

Reports should focus on the content and evidence. Abusive or automated submissions may not receive a response.

9. Archive

Substantive correction records are retained as part of the publication history.
