Advertising Policy
This policy applies to paid placements, sponsorships, notices, and other commercial material displayed beside or within Gajema’s educational publication.
1. Separation
Gajema keeps paid placements distinct from independent editorial work. Advertising cannot purchase a favorable article, ranking, or correction outcome.
Commercial material is placed in a visually identifiable area and does not control article selection. Editors may cover a subject independently when the topic is relevant, using the same sourcing standards as other coverage.
2. Labels
Sponsored material, if accepted, is labeled in plain language near the beginning of the content. Readers should be able to tell who paid for placement.
Labels may include “Sponsored,” “Paid placement,” or an equivalent clear description. The label remains visible on mobile layouts and is not hidden behind a hover state. A label does not mean Gajema endorses the advertiser.
3. Restricted claims
We do not accept guaranteed financial outcomes, misleading urgency, unsupported health claims, or material that asks readers for private credentials.
We also decline content that impersonates a public authority, hides material conditions, uses fabricated reviews, or makes claims that cannot be reasonably substantiated. Commercial copy must be suitable for a general educational audience and must not encourage unlawful conduct.
4. Review
Commercial material is reviewed for legality, clarity, and fit with a general educational audience. A review does not constitute endorsement.
Review may consider the advertiser identity, destination, disclosures, data collection, wording, and technical behavior of a link. Approval can be reconsidered if the material, destination, or surrounding facts change.
5. Data
Advertisers do not receive contact-form data or private reader correspondence. See the Privacy Policy for processing information.
Any measurement associated with a placement must be described in the relevant notice and handled consistently with the Cookie Policy. Gajema does not sell a contact list or provide private correspondence for targeting.
6. Links
Paid links may lead to external services with separate terms and privacy practices. Visitors should review those terms independently.
A link may be removed if the destination becomes unavailable, materially changes, requests inappropriate information, or no longer fits this policy. External privacy and security practices remain the responsibility of the destination.
7. Conflicts
Relevant relationships are disclosed when they could affect how a reasonable reader understands the material.
Disclosure should identify the nature of the relationship without revealing unnecessary personal information. Editorial staff may request additional review where a commercial relationship overlaps with a developing story.
8. Removal
We may remove material that becomes inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with this policy.
Removal may follow a reader complaint, regulatory notice, destination change, or internal review. Where appropriate, we keep an administrative record of the decision for up to 24 months, separate from reader correspondence.
9. Complaints

We normally acknowledge a complaint within 7 business days and aim to provide an initial response within 30 days. Please identify the placement, date, concern, and any supporting evidence. Do not include passwords, private keys, or identity documents.
10. Date
This policy was reviewed on 22 September 2026. The previous review on 1 June 2026 clarified labeling, advertiser data access, and removal procedures. Material changes will be dated on this page.
Commercial review details
Advertising review begins with the identity of the proposed advertiser, the destination of the link, the intended audience, and the wording shown to readers. Gajema may request substantiation for factual claims, clear pricing or conditions where relevant, and an explanation of any data collection connected with the destination. Review is limited to publication suitability and does not replace legal advice or a regulator’s review.
Commercial material must not request private keys, passwords, authentication codes, identity documents through an unexplained channel, or other credentials that could expose a reader to harm. It must not imitate Gajema, a public authority, a wallet interface, or an independent news report. Links should resolve to the disclosed destination and should not use hidden redirects that change the reader’s reasonable expectation.
Where a placement uses a third-party platform, that platform may process technical data under its own terms. The advertiser is responsible for its landing-page disclosures, consent mechanisms, security, and compliance obligations. Gajema may pause or remove a placement when a destination changes, a complaint identifies a material issue, or the disclosed relationship is no longer accurate.
Readers may report unclear labeling, a misleading destination, an unsupported claim, or a request for sensitive credentials. We aim to acknowledge a report within 7 business days and provide a review outcome or progress update within 30 days. Reports should include the page address, wording at issue, and any relevant evidence without sending private credentials.
